How do I get on the graduation list?
By doing a graduation check request via GAAAP: http://graduate.auburn.edu/GAAAP/
When is the deadline for my
graduation check ?
You must file your Graduation check (GAAAP) by the end of the term prior to graduation. For example, if you plan to graduate Spring term you must file your graduation application by the end of Fall term.
You do not have to wait until your Plan of
Study has been approved to file your graduation application, but it is
appreciated if you do have one on file at least waiting to be approved.
How do I revise my Plan of Study?
Use the paper revision form:
http://www.grad.auburn.edu/forms/revision_existing_plan_%20of_study.pdf
How do I add/ drop a class after the 15th class day?
If you miss the drop/add deadline, you must
file a “Schedule Adjustment Form,” which is only available at the
Graduate School offices in Hargis Hall. Signatures are required.
How long do I have to clear a IN, NR or IP grade ?
Six months from the graduation day of the
term you received the IN,NR or IP grade.
If I have filed a graduation check and I do not meet deadlines or requirements for the anticipated graduation, do I need to file another one?
No, as long as the degree is the same, we
will adjust your graduation up to a year.
How do I post a new plan of study for a new degree entirely?
Sign in to GSPOST, where you will see any previous plans of study filed. Go to the bottom of that page and click the “add a major” option. This will open a new page for you to file a new plan of study for a new degree.
Where can I find the forms I need for
things such as Academic Residency Form, Form 8, GSPOST (Plan of Study),
GAAAP (Graduation Application)?
All of these forms and more can be found on the Graduate School website: http://www.grad.auburn.edu/site_index.html#forms
